2. To approve the minutes of the previous meeting June 2019
3. Declarations of interest.
4. Matters arising from Minutes June 2019
5. The Use of Saxelbye Phone Box. No update from Martin Fagan. VL have been contacted to see if we can get volunteers to help renovate the phone box.
6. Station Yard Use. Further correspondence has revealed that original case handler has left and we must start the process of investigation again. David Walker has said that cars have been burned and there are containers of vehicle parts as its being used as breakers yard.

7. Planning Matters.

(a) 19/00725/GDOAGR Glebe Farm Main Street Saxelby LE14 3PQ.  PC have positive observations. As the building will be quite expansive, PC would like to see better screening of it          using suitable trees     

(b) Oakley Cottages Main Street Grimston. No observations required.
