2. To approve the Minutes of the Meeting: Held on 14th Jan 2019.

4. Matters arising from the previous meeting

 

2019. Defibrillator training. Date set Mon 20^th May 2019.
2020. Who owns phone boxes in Grimston and Saxelbye?. Clerk to investigate
2021. Does it need to be on asset register and insurance?
2022. Can we trade the phone box? (Add to Annual Parish Meeting agenda)
2023. Station Yard. John Cosgrove, Planning Officer will visit site and update PC.
2024. Tim Petty will be the guest speaker (Bee Keeping) at the Annual Parish Meeting.
2025. Hayward Homes at Grimston Stud. Keep on agenda and Jim Worley will update.
2026. Churchyard Mowing donation to be increased to £125.00 per annum.

 

5. Correspondence.

       (a)  Spring Clean dated for 10am Sun 7^th April.

       (b)  Etta Madocks Wright added as signatory to Bank Accounts

       (d) Registration of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Awaiting Mr J A Lomas completion on his return in March. send to SEvans@melton.gov.uk

       (e) AGAR and the budget for Parish completed.

       (f) Church Lane Saxelbye jetting drains Hms 734945 will be completed in April

       (g) Road closures. VL and locals advised.

a. 18/01532/FUL- Woodland View and Saxelbye Pastures. Erection of camping pods. PC completed site visit on Sat 12^th Feb and are in support of application.

Main St Church step requires disabled access. Clerk to chase again Highways.

Tim Petty to present a talk on Bee keeping at Annual Parish Meeting.

 

Mr Cowdell raised the issue with Grimston Church step and advised the PC that the Church committee were looking to manufacture a ramp for wheelchair and scooter use which would be removable when not required. Clerk is still following up with highways to see if its possible for a permanent solution.
