Planning Matters
18/00679/FULHH Jane Easom
15B Main Street Grimston LE14 3BZ Ref no. Observations passed to MBC and has been passed.
The Old Rectory 17/00936/FUL 4 Church Lane Saxelbye.
Application may be duplicated and since the amendment to location doesn’t match original Business Case and conditions of planning application. Joe Orson has acknowledged the PC fears and not a situation the Local Planning Authority would allow to happen.
Any other Business
Broadband:
Shoby is not an area for installation. Clerk to write letter to Niall Mullin and ask if he was aware of the small businesses at Shoby Lodge Farm. Perhaps that might sway the decision.
Black Horse Grimston:
It is on sale. Ben Shouler has complained directly about blocking of right of way. Pub is to have new Landlord as of 10th Aug 2018.
Grimston Church:
Step is too deep and not suitable for scooters. PC to add item to next meeting agenda.
MBC Changes:
Joe Orson spoke about the changes in hierarchy and process at MBC with the new leadership moving in. Feels that the changes will be of benefit to the MBC and PCs as well as their constituents.
