(c)  Finalised Council Tax Base figure for 2019/20. £121.30. PC want to know what it was last year. Clerk to call Martyn Bowen 01664 502 462  

(h) Parish Council exemption AGAR PART 2. Clerk requested RE to help complete this.

(i) Registration of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. Clerk passed to all PC present to complete and file and send to SEvans@melton.gov.uk

Clerk (Bharat) noted that PC Fleur Read has been unable to attend due to PC meetings not aligned to her diary. Bharat will contact Fleur and ensure an appropriate date for next meeting is found for ALL PC to attend. Doubly important as Tony Lomas is now away for next few meetings.

Are planning regulations being adhered to with regards to Station Yard Saxelbye? Planning dept. to respond to this and

    5. Fallen Sign for Grimston - 13763296
    6. Station Yard Saxelbye. The site appears to be used as scrap yard –
  2. Grimston Church. Main street Grimston. The step on to the main road requires making into wheel chair accessible. Its on the East Side of the church" –

 

Defibrillator training to be on next month’s agenda

  1. Who owns phone boxes in Grimston and Saxelbye
  2. PC attendance rules
  3. Village Green register
  4. Stud homes in Grimston are empty and incomplete. JCB is in the entrance to them. Ladders are in place of stairs in the homes. Walls are not plastered and roofs are on but one home doesn’t have front door. PC feel they are a safety hazard, pose a danger of having squatters. Planning dept to be informed.
