The Chairman welcomed everyone to the Meeting and invited members of the public to speak on matters they wish to bring to the attention of the Parish Council.


MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 28th November 2016 were approved and signed.


DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Mr. Easom declared an interest in the Tree Application for Hillside Farm, Grimston


ACCOUNTS

Cheques signed as follows:-
E-on (Nov charge) £37.43
E-on Energy Solutions Ltd. (Street Lighting maintenance) £45.14


SECTION 119 –HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Proposed Diversion of Bridleway G67 (Part) - The Lilacs, 35 Main Street, Grimston.  The Parish Council agreed to support the Application.


PLANNING MATTERS

The Rosary, 9 Main Street, Saxelbye (Application No. 16/00737/FUL).  Proposed conversion of barn to form single residence.  Site Meeting has been held and the Parish Council agreed sensible use of the building and support the Application.  

Rose Cottage, 6 Main Street, Grimston (Application No. 16/00882/TCA).  Fell 1 Bay Tree.  The Parish Council agreed to support the Application.

Hillside Farm, 1 Main Street, Grimston (Application No. 16/00877/TCA).  Fell 1 Cherry Tree. The Parish Council agreed to support the Application.


ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Mr. Easom reported Fleur and Jane attended Broadband Meeting at County Hall and will be delay
of 6 months before improved broadband speed.

Complaint received of bunk bed left on Perkins Lane, Grimston.  Clerk to check and report if still there.
